We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive our business growth. In this role, you will be the face of the company, visiting local businesses, medical facilities, and office complexes to identify new opportunities, present our professional cleaning services, and secure new service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively visit potential commercial clients (door-to-door) to introduce our services.
- Client Consultation: Meet with business owners and facility managers to assess their specific cleaning needs.
- Bidding & Proposals: Conduct walkthroughs of facilities to provide accurate service quotes and professional proposals.
- Relationship Building: Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent growth.
- Closing: Negotiate terms and finalize service agreements with new clients.
