Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso beverages, matcha drinks, teas, and specialty menu items to company standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service.
- Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, including the bar, dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Restock milk, syrups, cups, pastries, and other inventory throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
- Open and close the café according to company procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining drink quality and presentation.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts, deliveries, and daily cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous coffee or food service experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Pay: $16.90 - $17.25 per hour
