What we offer
Wages: $20.40/hour - $34.00/hour
Journeyman Roofer total compensation package: $50.97/hour
$34.00/hour (wage) + $18.51 (health and welfare benefits)
Benefits effective immediately
Apprentice Roofer - starting pay is negotiable based on experience and roofing knowledge. $20.40/hour
Benefits available after completing their first year of apprenticeship school.
Training opportunities through Local 188 Joint Apprenticeship Training Program
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
- Learn and apply roofing techniques.
- Willingness to follow instructions.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications include:
- Travel Required, Per Diem Pay
- Background checks required for security clearance.
- Pre-employment drug screen.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Ability to work 8-10 hours/day
- High school diploma or equivalent
