A growing home health agency in the beautiful Rancho Santa Fe area is seeking an experienced Intake & Staffing Coordinator to join our team. If you know home health operations, thrive on keeping referrals and schedules moving, and take pride in excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you.This is an in-person role for a professional who can own intake, staffing coordination, referral follow-up, and start-of-care communication while helping the agency grow its census. You'll be organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing a few hats in a small but fast-growing team.What You'll Do
- Manage new referrals and intake follow-up
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling for home health visits
- Communicate professionally with referral sources, patients, families, clinicians, and office staff
- Support timely admissions and start-of-care coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community contacts
- Verify and organize intake information, insurance details, and required documentation
- Enter data accurately and support reporting within the EMR
- Partner with leadership on workflow improvements and census growth
What We're Looking For
- Prior home health intake, staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience preferred
- WellSky experience preferred (other home health EMR experience welcome)
- Strong computer skills — comfortable with EMR systems, scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to stay calm, organized, and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on-site in the Rancho Santa Fe area
- Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-through
- Professional, team-focused, and eager to help a growing agency succeed
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours
