What You'll Do
-
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
-
Run wiring for A/C units, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and control systems
-
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues quickly and accurately
-
Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
-
Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians on the job

Ensure all work meets NEC standards and company quality expectations

Provide professional service and build strong customer relationships
What You Need

Current Journeyman Electrician license
-
Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience (HVAC experience strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and troubleshooting
-
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
-
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record

Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders

Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
