Position Summary

The Technical Talent & Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and presenting highly qualified technical professionals to our clients while also developing new business opportunities within the Life Sciences industry.
This role combines recruiting, consultative sales, and account development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping companies solve critical staffing challenges.
ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Source, recruit, and identify qualified technical professionals.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activities within the company's CRM/ATS.
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new clients within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, and Manufacturing industries.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings.
- Understand customer staffing needs and provide workforce solutions.
- Prepare proposals and staffing presentations.
- Negotiate service agreements.
- Develop long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed recruiting and sales goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Manufacturing companies.
- Experience in staffing or consulting services.
- Existing professional network within the Life Sciences industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.

Compensation
This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.
