We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Project Manager who can lead jobs, solve problems fast, manage subcontractors, communicate with clients, and keep projects moving without constant supervision.
This is for someone who is organized, accountable, resourceful, and strong in the field. You must be able to take control, think ahead, handle pressure, and maintain a high level of service and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Visit job sites and monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors
- Keep schedules, tasks, and project updates organized
- Manage change orders and approvals
- Guide clients through selections and upgrades
- Track payments, paperwork, and project documentation
- Help ensure inspections and code requirements stay on track
- Solve problems quickly and keep jobs moving
