Pool Service Technician — Superior Pool Service
Superior Pool Service is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our team.
We service residential pools throughout Orange County, with the majority of our route located in the coastal communities from Huntington Beach to Newport Coast.
We’re looking for someone who already has experience in the pool industry, takes pride in their work, and can independently manage a pool route.
What We’re Looking For - Previous experience servicing residential swimming pools - Knowledge of pool chemicals, equipment, and routine pool maintenance - Ability to diagnose and identify basic pool equipment issues - Reliable and dependable - Able to work independently and stay organized - Professional and courteous with customers - Must have your own reliable truck - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to service multiple pools throughout the workday.
Subcontractor Preferred - We prefer to work with an experienced pool service technician who operates as a subcontractor/independent contractor. If you are not currently set up as a subcontractor, that is okay. We are willing to start the process with the right person, but you would eventually be required to operate as a subcontractor.
Pay & Benefits - Weekly pay - Per Pool/Spa. Pay is based on the number of pools/spas serviced - Gas allowance up to $100 per week - Paid time off - Consistent weekly work - Opportunity for additional work as our company continues to grow - Potential for more days/routes for technicians who want additional work.
Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
