We are seeking a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of senior management, aiming at the flawless execution of our Customer’s project.
Role:

Maintain & monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets & expenditures

Organize, attend, participate, & possibly chair stakeholder meetings
-
Document & follow up on important actions & decisions from meetings
-
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
-
Ensure project deadlines are met
-
Determine project changes
-
Provide administrative support as needed
-
Undertake project tasks as required
-
Develop project strategies
-
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks & all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

Assess project risks & issues, and provide solutions where applicable
-
Scheduling of required resources
-
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
-
Create a project management calendar.

Report and escalate to management as needed

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans & reports
Experience & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study (Experience may substitute for degree)

Three years’ experience in technology-based businesses
-
Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
-
Knowledge of the Industry & Government interaction is desirable

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
-
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & Outlook

Knowledge file management, transcription & other administrative procedures
