Join our team in the fast-paced, high-volume, technology-driven sign & graphics industry. You will be organizing and pulling material, assisting in fabrication, and finishing large format graphics. Expect to work in all levels of the daily production of ADA signage, wall graphics, lobby signage, window film and other branded-elements for a growing national roster of small and large corporate clients.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting materials, using a forklift and pallet jack.
2. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area.
3. Inventory cycle counting
4. Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
5. Should be familiar with and skillfully use basic hand tools, (X-acto & Utility Knife, T-Square, Ruler, Tape Measure, Drills, Table & Panel Saws, Calculator, Router, Scissors).
6. Driving a company vehicle to pick up materials from suppliers and keeping the shop clean
7. Dependability, good communication skills and provide outstanding customer service at all times
8. Performs other undefined duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications include:
1. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required, particularly in roles involving material handling or shipping/receiving
2. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts
3. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
4. Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is essential
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently
6. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 or more pounds
7. Ability to use light power tool and possess good artisanship (working with your hands/assembly)
8. Ability to decipher production proofs, specifications and production methods to pull the required material for a job.
9. Clean driving record to assist with errands when called upon to do so.
10. Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple simultaneous projects
