Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel to ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling, staffing levels, and task delegation to optimize restaurant operations
- Train and develop team members on food handling, customer service excellence, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols
- Manage customer interactions to resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive dining experience
- Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist with food preparation coordination as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the dining area in compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Extensive background in supervising teams with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift operations
