Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly check-in experience.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling guest stays.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and phone systems.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the front desk area.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proficient in front desk operations and familiar with relevant software systems.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective guest interaction.
