We're seeking a dedicated, organized, detail oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative/ Receptionist.
Experience is preferred but not a requirement. We are a busy two doctor practice open Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include: answering phones, entering charges, checking clients out, scheduling and confirming appointments, greeting pets and owners, processing prescription requests, maintaining medical records, etc. This position also requires problem solving, flexibility, empathy, enthusiasm, dedication, and much more.
The hours are:
Monday through Friday 7:45am-12:00pm / 12:00pm-1:30pm lunch / 1:30pm-5:30pm (or until work is finished).
