Driver/Resident Transporter
At Pine Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, and we're seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver/Resident Transporter to join our team!
Driver/Resident Transporter Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents to and from various facilities within the community, including medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social events
- Assist with the safe loading and unloading of residents from vehicles, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
- Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, routes taken, and any issues encountered during transportation
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner, adhering to established protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with caregivers and other team members to ensure seamless transportation and care coordination
Driver/Resident Transporter Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift and transfer residents, as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
