The Recruiting Branch Manager at Morales Group will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a high-performance culture within the branch. This position will serve as the primary contact for communication between the recruitment team and our clients, account managers and on-site managers. To be successful in this role, the recruiting branch manager should maintain a focus on implementing progressive solutions and problem-solving designed to attract, retain and grow a variable workforce. This position will be directly responsible for client engagement and communication related to recruitment and placement of qualified candidates. They will also manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish while continuing to live out our core values daily. The recruiting branch manager will also be accountable for creating and executing recruitment strategies within the branch, community and online resources to achieve full-cycle order fulfillment.
Determine client needs and lead the branch to place appropriate skilled employees on flexible/full-time assignments in a timely and compliant manner.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and administrative personnel, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, foster candidate pipelines, and meet client requirements within specified timelines.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide insights on market trends, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout the recruitment and administrative processes.
Maintain excellent client relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality of delivery and service between Client Base, Account Manager/Executive and Recruiting Team.
Coordinate job postings and communicate client needs with operations team to drive candidates for open positions with a high focus on Uncontacted Leads, Indeed Searches, Job Fairs, Community Network, and Facebook applicant initiatives.
Create and executive Staffing Recruitment Initiatives with the overall focus on order fulfillment and barrier elimination for candidate/client experience.
Document client activity such as weekly meetings, check-ins, onboarding new clients and driving growth within the current book of business.
Coach and train internal recruiters on sourcing methodology to create a culture of performance, activity, and results as it relates to fulfillment and gross margin contribution.
Ensuring Recruitment and Account Management Team maintain accurate records in ATS database for client and employee assignments.
Expected to create cadenced client meetings as needed – directly related to the process improvement of candidate submission, resume review/response, focusing on speed-to-hire and candidate experience.
Track various performance metrics to measure and improve performance within the Branch Recruitment Team
Continually engage clients to review delivery, quality, and candidate-to-order accuracy by identifying barriers for fulfillment and create solutions-driven initiatives for order fulfillment.
Manage internal-employee turnover and retention by pro-actively addressing and escalating all concerns.
Lead Branch Recruitment Team to focus on market-share growth by continually seeking viable candidates to skill-market within Client Base and directly communicating with Client and/or Account Manager/Executive for HC/GM growth and contribution.
Conduct cadenced 1:1s with Branch Team and execute all L10 Action Items in an accurate and timely manner.
Escalate concerns and/or ideas related to open orders, internal process, and recruitment tactics.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with client screening requirements.
Have complete understanding of Morales Group external teammate benefit package and correctly inform teammates and answer questions.

Able to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

High School Diploma/GED preferred and/or two (2) years of experience in recruitment.
Experience working in the staffing industry or a similar high-volume recruitment environment.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Knowledge of other languages a plus.
Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
Organized and able to plan, prioritize and problem solve.
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to maintain effectiveness during change.
Flexible to work extended and weekend hours as necessary.
