We are currently interviewing NYS Physical Therapist to provide a combination of home based and community based services.
Positions available Bronx: Cases Available in All Bronx Zip Codes
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide natural therapeutic setting-based physical therapy services to children ages birth to 3

Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to child’s abilities and realistically attainable

Assist with daily skills while following goals and outcomes from the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education / Work Experience / Skills:
-
NYS Physical Therapy License
-
1-2 years working with special needs children and/or pediatric experience
