Pilates Studio 11 is looking for passionate Pilates instructors to join our growing team! This position is primarily based at our new Snoqualmie Ridge studio, with opportunities to teach at our Sammamish and Issaquah locations as well.
We've built a welcoming, supportive, and results-driven studio where both clients and instructors feel at home. Our community includes beginners, seniors, prenatal clients, and experienced Pilates enthusiasts, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, thoughtful classes for every level.
We're looking for an instructor who not only teaches excellent classes but also brings positive energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely cares about helping clients move and feel better.Job Requirements:
- Lead group classes, private and semi-private sessions
- Create safe, engaging, and well-structured workouts
- Provide modifications for different levels and needs
- Work with a variety of equipment including Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Tower
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience
- Help create a warm, welcoming studio atmosphere
Qualifications and skills
- Comprehensive Pilates certification
- Current CPR/AED & First Aid certification
- One or more years of teaching experience
- Strong understanding of anatomy and safe movement
- Confidence working with a variety of clients
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
- Compassionate, attentive teaching style
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
