Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
Total Compensation Potential: $60,000–$120,000+ annually

We are a growing residential plumbing service company with offices across Central Pennsylvania, expanding our teams in the Harrisburg, Altoona, Johnstown, and State College markets.
We are looking for plumbing-focused professionals—not general technicians—who take pride in solving customer problems, delivering quality workmanship, and being rewarded for performance.

What You'll Do
- Complete 4–6 residential plumbing service calls daily
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing components
- Perform plumbing replacements and installations
- Use ServiceTitan for scheduling, invoicing, documentation, and customer communication
- Provide customers with honest recommendations and excellent service
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage
Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

Monthly Performance Bonuses:
- Revenue goals can earn monthly bonuses ranging from $500 to $5,500+ per month depending on production
- New plumbers have introductory bonus opportunities during onboarding months
Quarterly Bonus:
- Additional $1,500 quarterly bonus opportunity for hitting revenue goals

What We're Looking For (Required)
- 3+ years residential plumbing service experience (Apprentice or Journeyman level)
- Strong residential service plumbing background (plumbing-focused candidates preferred)
- Ability to independently diagnose and complete service work
- Experience using ServiceTitan (required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and installation experience
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Pride in craftsmanship and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumbing License (or actively working toward it)
- High-volume residential service experience
- Strong time management and efficiency across multiple service calls
