Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or culinary roles, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team within the dietary department.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
