About the Role

Regular work schedule is from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Overtime may be required, including weekends
Position Summary
Production Workers are responsible for operating tools and equipment and assisting in the assembly of vinyl windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various production tasks within assigned department
- Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
- Assist with meeting production deadlines and schedules
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50–75 lbs
- Support team goals and company mission
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
Education & Skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions/worksheets
- Basic computer and scanner knowledge
- Basic math skills (fractions and decimals)
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to operator a Forklift, a plus.
Work Environment
Manufacturing and warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
