- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress, utilizing standardized testing methods when appropriate.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and Montessori methods.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom that promotes effective classroom management while ensuring all materials are accessible to students.
- Create opportunities for children to explore their interests through play-based learning experiences.
Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
