Job Qualifications
- 220 or 440 licensee preferred.
- 1+ Year Experience preferred. Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial
- A great attitude, teamwork, and self-motivation.
- Bilingual.
- Must be passionate, self-driven, people person, with great problem solving skills, multitask and a willingness to help customers
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Pay $48,000 – $80,000

· Responsibilities
- Achieve office goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
- Initiate outbound calling to established target customer base for Product offerings.
- Assist with the implementation of new business through marketing and sales initiatives.
- Able to market and cross sell.
- Prepare proposals for new quotes and renewals.
- Maintains follow-up and suspense files on outstanding orders.
- Organized, follow up prospects.
- Secures documentation needed to be retained by the agency including signed applications, replacement cost estimates, rejection of coverage and confirm.
- Policy Management: Review client policies, make necessary adjustments, and renew expiring policies in a timely manner.
- Receives customer payments, issues receipt and verifies reports of receipts for cash drawers.
- Wiliness to participate in Insurance Agency Networking meetings and sponsoring activities may be during weekends or after Hours. All after Hours are paid.
- Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline, as well as an active physical presence in your own community to build multiple centers of influence/referral sources (car dealerships, local events, community organizations, etc.).
