How Pay Works
You are guaranteed an hourly rate and will never be paid below it.
You also have the opportunity to earn more through commission. Your pay is based on whichever is greater: your guaranteed hourly pay or your commission earnings.
That means you get the security of hourly pay with the upside of strong sales performance.
Daily cash bonus opportunities are also available and paid out daily.
What You Will Be Doing
Making outbound calls to business owners
Presenting The Social Hog’s marketing and visibility services
Explaining how we help businesses improve their online presence
Following up with potential clients
Closing deals
Working toward daily and weekly goals
Competing for bonuses, prizes, and incentives
This is a phone-based sales role, so you must be comfortable making calls throughout the day.
