Duties

- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by applying conflict management skills, performing first aid operation as needed.
- Execute manual handling tasks safely when moving equipment or assisting in emergency situations while adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize law enforcement techniques when necessary to de-escalate conflicts or threats.
- Perform loss prevention activities by inspecting for theft or vandalism and reporting any irregularities immediately.
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incident reports, and CCTV footage reviews for accountability and future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures such as performing checks and managing security protocols effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and security.
