We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team and help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas when necessary
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper techniques to ensure safety
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure equipment is well-maintained for optimal performance
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care products, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including exterior surface cleaning or yard maintenance
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Experience in housekeeping management or hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required
