Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a smile and a friendly tone

Create and maintain eye contact

Serve meals with care and attention to detail

Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members

Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas

Follow all Chick-fil-A policies and the team appearance guidelines

Support your team with additional duties as needed
