About Us:
We operate a private estate that hosts once in a lifetime events. The large acres and facilities require continuous maintenance and groundskeeping. The events themselves primarily take place on the weekends and require great attention to detail to create a magical experience.
Role:
This is an exciting hands on role. The ideal candidate will have the physical ability for various maintenance tasks, the technical skills to proficiently navigate CRM software and excel, while also possessing the communication skills to provide event clients with a grand experience. Must be able to operate a zero turn mower, lawn equipment, pressure washer, and various other tools safely.
Event management takes a great deal of attention to detail. While also needing to be able to work at a fast pace and problem solve quickly. The person in this role will help setup for events, lead event dinner services, help clean-up, and reset the venue after events.
The venue manager will also conduct client tours and help book events. Ensuring interested parties have the right information to make important decisions about their event.
Must be able to work independently with the occasional help and guidance from the venue director.

Work Schedule:
40-50 hrs per week
Standard work schedule: Thursday - Monday, 40hr base, with event days requiring an additional 4hrs each. When events or tours are not scheduled on the weekend, work hours may be moved to Tuesday and Wednesday. Role will conduct approximately 50% of tours, work all scheduled events, and manage additional responsibilities on other days.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
