Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including home community care, medical offices, and acute care environments. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Duties
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with triage and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
- Provide care for patients requiring catheterization and assist with acute pain management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Support patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support as needed.
- Assist in the administration of dermal fillers under the supervision of qualified personnel when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in home community care or medical office settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in administering injections and performing triage duties.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is a plus.
- Experience in ICU or acute care environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to catheterize patients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
