Western Nursing Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Instructional Aides (Para-Professional) to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, behavioral, and/or physical support to students under the direction of certified teachers and special education staff.
- Assist in the implementation of lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities.
- Support students with disabilities in both general and special education settings.
- Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and during arrival/dismissal.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in pediatrics or childcare.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
