Location: 100% Travel
Salary Rate: $120,000 - $170,000 (salary depends on experience)

My client is a leader in the construction space, providing reliable support and installation for Food & Cold Storage Construction projects around the country. Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee all industrial food & cold storage construction activities on site

Develop and manage project schedules, sequencing, timelines, and resource allocation

Lead, mentor, and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and labor forces

Ensure all work meets quality standards through rigorous inspection and control processes

Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular site safety reviews

Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives

Review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals

Manage testing, commissioning, and turnover of all major building systems

Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution throughout the project
Skills Required

Strong understanding of industrial food and refrigeration systems

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents

Proficiency with construction software such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and scheduling tools

Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

Strong communication skills for coordinating with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors

Solid problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce jobsite safety practices

Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial oversight

Commitment to quality control and delivering work that meets industry standards
