Duties
- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction
- Deliver expert consultations on color theory and hair care techniques to educate clients on maintaining their look at home
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and upselling retail products such as hair care items and makeup
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering, and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Cosmetology, Nail Tech, Esthetics or Barbering license as required by state regulations
- Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Skilled in advanced services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with retail math for upselling products confidently without pressure
- Passion for continuous learning in areas like color theory, makeup application, and store management

Pay: $22.86 - $100.00 per hour
