Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Fleet Operations Assistant to support our fleet, safety, and facilities operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is willing to learn new skills, and takes pride in helping keep operations running smoothly.
M-F 0900-1700
No prior fleet experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Transport company vehicles between facilities, vendors, and repair shops.
- Complete routine vehicle inspections checklist.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as replacing wiper blades and light bulbs.
- Assist with fleet records, and vehicle documentation.
- Collect and organize driver and vehicle documentation.
- Pick up parts, supplies, and materials needed for operations.
- Assist with basic facility tasks and other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Applicants must
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid Michigan Driver’s License
- Have or obtain a Michigan Chauffeur License
- Be able to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Be able to pass required background screening
- Be eligible to work around regulated marijuana products and licensed facilities
- Be able to safely drive cargo vans
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
