About Pacific Crest Services (PCS)
Pacific Crest Services (PCS) is a national independent insurance agency network supporting independent agencies across 37 states. We partner with and majority-own independent agencies, providing them with carrier access, operational support, technology, and marketing resources so they can stay independent while competing at a higher level.
At PCS, marketing isn't just a support function — it's a growth driver. Our partner agencies depend on strong brand presence, consistent content, and compelling visuals to attract clients and recruit talent. This role sits at the center of that effort.
Role Overview
PCS is seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to own content creation, social media execution, and visual design across both our corporate brand and our network of partner agencies.
This is a production-forward role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a compelling LinkedIn post, designing a print flyer in Adobe Illustrator, and building out a social content calendar — all in the same week. You'll work across B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, supporting PCS corporate communications and individual partner agency brands.
This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is based in-office in Eagle, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Develop and manage social media content calendars for Pacific Crest Services (B2B) and partner agencies (DTC)
- Write, create, and publish original social media post content across all platforms — including copy, captions, and supporting visuals
- Write, edit, and publish blog content aligned to brand voice, SEO best practices, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) principles
- Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy over time
- Work directly with partner agencies to develop and execute content strategies aligned to their local brand, market, and growth goals
Graphic Design
- Design digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Firefly for AI-assisted creative production
- Produce social graphics, web banners, print collateral, and promotional materials for PCS and partner agencies
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs for both corporate and partner agency brands
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Firefly
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and content streams simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines without heavy oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices and content optimization
- Background supporting both B2B and consumer-facing brands
- Experience working directly with clients or partner organizations on content strategy
What Success Looks Like
- PCS and partner agency social channels are active, on-brand, and growing
- Partner agencies feel supported with clear content direction and consistent execution
- Blog content is published consistently, optimized for both search engines and AI-driven answer engines, and driving organic traffic
- Marketing assets are produced efficiently without sacrificing quality
