OneSparQ is looking for Lead Fire Alarm Technician for a growing company in La Vergne, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Travel locally and out of state to install, program, troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain commercial and industrial fire alarm systems.
- Perform system start-ups, testing, inspections, and commissioning to ensure code compliance and proper operation.
- Diagnose and repair fire alarm system issues in the field.
- Coordinate project activities and schedule changes with Project Managers.
- Lead job site operations, safety meetings, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician
- Proven experience installing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining fire alarm systems
- Previous experience leading or supervising technicians on commercial or industrial projects
- NICET 2 Certification
Additional Skills:
- Direct experience programming Siemens fire alarm systems
