We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations using different types of trucks and equipment. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate different types of trucks, including refrigerated trailers, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers
- Load and unload goods and materials using forklifts and other equipment
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure its safety and functionality
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and inspection reports
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, is preferred
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
