Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, friendly, and experienced Beach Server to join our vibrant team at Nikki Beach Miami Beach. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a passion for hospitality. As a Beach Server, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining
experience.
● Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
● Deliver food and beverages to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
● Be knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials, offering recommendations based on guest preferences.
● Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your station and surrounding tables.
● Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts.
● Uphold safety and health standards at all times, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation policies.
● Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, managing multiple tables and guest
requests simultaneously.
● Maintain composure under pressure while staying calm and professional.
● Collaborate with fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and
guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
● Must be 21 years or older
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly,
professional manner.
● Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy atmosphere.
● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address guest concerns quickly and
efficiently.
● Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
● Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including the ability to recommend menu items.
● Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
● Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic are essential.
