Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Assisted Living

At Feridean Commons, we believe care is personal. We are looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in a warm, supportive assisted living environment.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and ambulation
- Support residents during meals, hydration, and dining assistance
- Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely, caring manner
- Encourage engagement in activities and social interaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (assisted living or nursing facility)
- STNA/CNA certification a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment
