Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the home textile and apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing new markets, and successfully launching products or brands in competitive retail and wholesale environments in the US market.
Position Title: Senior Buyer / Manager Sales – Home Textile & Apparel
Location: United States (Hybrid/Remote as applicable)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales strategy for home textile and apparel product lines in the US market
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
Drive new product and brand launches from go-to-market planning to execution
Achieve revenue targets and expand market share across assigned territories/accounts
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities
Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and supply chain teams for timely execution
Develop sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to promote products and brands
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
Required Skills & Experience:
7–12 years of experience in sales within home textile and/or apparel industry
Strong exposure to US retail, wholesale, or brand distribution networks
Proven experience in launching new products or building brands in international markets
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple key accounts
Understanding of product positioning, pricing strategy, and retail dynamics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with cross-functional global teams
Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade event
