Commercial roofing company looking for an experienced construction project estimator/ project manager for full time position.
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Min 3-5 years experience as a construction estimator and/or project manager
- Understanding of commercial roofing systems and construction practices
- Experience in public and government construction projects and Massachusetts public bid/construction procedures
- Experience in large scale roofing projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Procore, and related construction management systems
- Understanding of material procurement and project scheduling
- Ability to work under pressure and with time restrictions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Company vehicle provided. Pay commensurate with experience.
