Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help with general maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who is self-directed, motivated, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
- Identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Operate equipment as needed, including backhoe and brush hog
- Ensure grounds and facilities are maintained in a safe and functional condition
- Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience operating a backhoe and brush hog preferred
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
- Part-time, flexible hours

Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair common building maintenance issues.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks involving electrical systems, HVAC systems, vehicle and equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Able to read and follow work orders, manuals, and safety instructions.
- Capable of safely operating lawn mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
