What You'll DoCreate an Outstanding Patient Experience
- Welcome patients into a clean, organized, and inviting clinic environment.
- Help maintain our commitment to "Unreasonable Hospitality" by ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.
- Assist with keeping treatment spaces prepared throughout the day.
Support Our Clinical Team
- Prepare treatment tables and equipment between patients.
- Clean and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Assist therapists and office staff with daily operational needs.
- Complete tasks that help therapists focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly
- Stock linens, supplies, and patient amenities throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness in treatment areas, waiting room, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Assist with laundry, equipment organization, and clinic setup and closing procedures.
- Help ensure the clinic is safe, organized, and ready for each day's patients.
Be a Team Player
- Jump in wherever help is needed.
- Communicate effectively with therapists, office administrators, and fellow team members.

Qualifications
Preferred
- Interest in Physical Therapy or another healthcare profession.
- Previous customer service, athletic, fitness, or healthcare experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Required
- Ability to lift and move therapy equipment safely.
- Ability to stay active throughout the workday.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
