Countryside Care Center RehabNursing Facility is looking for a dependable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility and help provide a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
If you're a hands-on leader with building maintenance experience and enjoy keeping facilities running at their best, we'd love to hear from you.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Perform and coordinate building maintenance and repairs.
Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program.
Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and operating efficiently.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations.
Prioritize projects and manage multiple maintenance needs.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Building maintenance and repair experience required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service for our residents.
