Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician!
Love coffee and fixing things? We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to keep our coffee shops running smoothly! We are a fast-paced, fun environment in need of additional help keeping up with our growth and customers getting the best coffee and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping Our Coffee Equipment Happy – Managing the process of Maintaining espresso machines, H2O filtration, refrigeration, and keeping stores running!
Staying Organized – Keep track of work orders, new equipment, and parts inventory. Traveling to Our Locations – Ensure quick, efficient service is performed when maintenance is needed.
Helping Open New Stores – Install equipment, prep supplies, and assist with special events.
Being Ready for Emergencies – Responding to urgent repairs when needed (both weekday and weekend emergencies).
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of maintenance experience in Food, Beverage, or Hospitality (or other repair oriented field).
Strong organizational & time management skills – Ability to manage work orders and track vendors progress.
A willingness to learn – Leveraging your existing skills and training on new types of equipment provided.
A valid driver’s license – You’ll be driving a work vehicle when traveling between locations.
Flexibility & reliability – Some early mornings and weekends will be part of the adventure.
High energy and Positivity is a must! Our culture is an extremely important part of the job. Service channel and Asana experience is also a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
