We are looking for a Title Processor with a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in title processing and real estate transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of title work, proficiency in Qualia, and a passion for exemplary Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full title process from start to closing/settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.
- Utilize Qualia and other title management software expertly to optimize workflow.
- Resolve complex title issues such as liens, judgments, and title defects, ensuring timely closings.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, attorney, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Participate in company training and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Open to evolve and adapt new practices.
- Prepare and review title documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Deliver 5-star service by communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in title processing
- Expert proficiency in Qualia software is required.
- Bilingual in [preferred languages] is a plus.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
