Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash bins, and replenishing supplies regularly.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and facilities upkeep to support overall building operations.
- Keeping utility closets and storage areas organized.
- Keep records of completed tasks, supplies used, and any issues encountered for operational transparency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending frequently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team effectively.
