Summary
As an Extraction Technician I, you will work closely with the Production Supervisor, Team Leads, Quality, and processing teams to track and extract and/or blend bulk ingredients in our operational site.
*This position is Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm*
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain extraction equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality control tests on extracted materials to meet industry standards
- Document all processes and results accurately in compliance with CGMP, Kosher, Halal, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 regulations
- Collaborate with team members to improve extraction techniques and processes
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of CGMP, Kosher, Halal, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and quality control processes
- Food Safety Protocols
- Industrial experience, particularly in extraction techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
