Corvex Roofing is seeking a skilled and versatile Roof Repair Technician to join our growing service department. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing leaks and performing high-quality repairs across a variety of roof systems.
We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their craft. You will be the face of Corvex Roofing on the job site, solving problems for our clients and ensuring the longevity of their assets. While we prefer candidates with extensive experience in both commercial and residential systems, we are committed to the growth of our team and are willing to train the right individual who possesses a strong foundation in roofing and a desire to advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leak Detection & Diagnosis: Accurately identify the source of water intrusion on various building types.
- Execution of Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs on steep-slope systems (Shingle, Tile, Metal) and low-slope commercial systems (TPO, Mod Bit, Torch Down/BUR).
- Documentation: Create clear field reports, including "Before and After" photos and brief descriptions of work performed for internal records and client communication.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with property owners, property managers, and on-site contacts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols regarding fall protection and job site safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on roofing experience preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in leak detection and repair techniques for at least three of the following systems: Shingle, Tile, Metal, TPO, Modified Bitumen, or PVC.
- Licensing: Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
