Travel-Based Role | Telecommunications Construction | Up to 90% Travel
Hyper Networks is seeking a driven and hands-on Senior Market Development & Operations Manager to help launch, stabilize, and support telecommunications construction operations across new and existing markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building operations from the ground up, and can step into challenging markets to drive performance, create structure, and lead teams to success.

Lead startup and expansion of new markets

Support underperforming or rapidly growing operations

Build subcontractor and workforce networks

Develop operational processes and scalable workflows

Partner with customers and internal leadership teams

Monitor operational and financial performance metrics

Drive safety, quality, and execution across projects

Travel where the business needs support most

7+ years of broadband OSP construction experience
-
Strong background in fiber, aerial, and underground operations

Experience leading field operations and subcontractor management

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational execution skills
-
Ability to operate independently in evolving environments

Willingness to travel up to 90%
