Buyer – Flexline LLC
Position Summary
Flexline LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Buyer to support the procurement of materials and components used in the production of custom test equipment. This role works closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure materials are available on time to meet build schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders for components and materials
- Support sourcing and supplier quotations (RFQs)
- Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Work from Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems
- Assist with supplier communication and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of purchasing, supply chain, or related experience (or strong entry-level candidate)
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes (POs, RFQs, suppliers)
- Experience with ERP systems or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to technical drawings or fabricated components
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

- Office-based role supporting manufacturing operations
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production
Pay: $60,177.64 - $78,472.00 per year
