Toyota/Lexus Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Toyota/Lexus Automotive Service Technician with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Candidates must have at least 2 years of automotive repair experience and maintain ASE and/or manufacturer training standards while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications – Toyota/Lexus Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic
Experience required with Asian imports (Honda, Acura, Nissan, Mazda)
Required:
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
Preferred:
- ASE Certification
- Toyota or Lexus factory training
- Proven track record of high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Responsibilities – Toyota/Lexus Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
- Review and complete repair orders as assigned by the Team Leader
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary components
- Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings
- Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repairs
- Maintain proper documentation and tag warranty parts when required
- Participate in ongoing factory-sponsored training and development
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
